Types of jobs and my experience as a worker

Hello friends, today I will talk about the types of jobs and my little experience as a worker.

First, I will tell you about my experience as a worker, last summer I had my first experience as a worker. The aim for working was can afford a drone. I worked in a factory of tinned fruit in Buin called “Aconcagua”, my job was checking cuts, size among other things of the peaches.  I achieved to work during 4 weeks, it was not a very good job.

I think the best job is that I will be doing in the future, as geographer, Why this job? Because I think that is a job which few ones do in the word and it is very necessary, I also try to do my best in improving policies of construction, territorial planning and environmental that they are really necessary within our country. An example of the necessary that is this job, is the existence of people that live in risk areas due the lack of such policies, I think a change is necessary.

According to me, there’s no a job worse than another, all jobs are honorable, but if I can say what job I would not do. I don’t like work as a gendarme, I think that carrying out this job takes away a part of your life to be locked up as if you were a prisoner. Also you are exposed to a high risk in the workplace, besides you have work schedules at night and I think that’s no good. I respect and admire the people who do this job; they have a vocation, courage and sacrifice that they should only be reflected in better working conditions and higher wages

Finally I would like to point out that all job is honorable, there is no "better" than another, perhaps economically some jobs are better, I respect and admire the most demanding ones.

The America Cup

Hello, today I will talk about the championship of football made in my country, The America Cup

at the beginning of the championship, my whole country was expectant what was happening every match of our team. The first phase of round of matches was tense and match to match was greater the hope to be champions.

I was lucky of winning two tickets for the semifinal against Peru, I could feel the passion alive of being in this situation, I was accompanied by my father and we lived every minute of an intense game watching the passion and union that can achieve football. Also I saw a change in the attitude of the people, who went to the stadium with your family to sing and shout for the Chile’s national team .I could say it was a perfect championship. I don’t like when people spoil this sport saying that there are more important things in the country, the football is football and regrettable is not a permanent solution to the problems but if happiness is achieved I saw it reflected it in the stadium, in the street and the parade ground when Chile managed to be champion at the first time, maybe you are not fans of football or not understand why so much joy to be champions, but for me this was one of the best experiences in my life.

From a national perspective it could see the big event that was this cup America, people whit flags and painted faces, grouped among strangers but whit just an intention to encourage Chile!

I say goodbye happy and content because is first Champion, also did very good shape, my favorite player of the Chile’s national team is Arturo Vidal, he is a warrior and plays very well, Arturo is the King!

 

Tragedy in Chile's Atacam Desert

March , 24th , 2015

In the north of my country specifically in the region of Antofagasta and Atacama it rained approximately 30 mm of water , this signify that in a few days rained the same amount
that rain in three years, producing large floods that go down from the andes range until ending in the sea. You can you imagine what produces this? , dead persons, removal of houses, roads, etc.

I think that our state should generate plans of preemergence current to such disasters, remember that our country is exposed to natural disasters, since there currently many people living in hazardous areas do not know about this danger. I can see people living a few meters of the sea, people living in ravines, etc. the same happened in the north of Chile was repeated 60 years ago, Then why not done anything?. The north of Chile is very important for the economic of the country, but the quality of live of the people or safety no is the best.

I found a satellite image very good , comparing the before and after the flood of the city of Chañaral.

this regions will take a long time in to rebuild, the streets are covered in mud, there missing people and the devastation of Copiapó and surroundings is of 90 percent.

The people are desperate, some of them lost all their worldly goods even their families, is a situation terrible, this people feel discriminated for the status, until moment they feel that the help of the government has been little.

Today reportedly there are 23 dead persons and 57 missing persons, everyday the numbers of dead persons increases.

there big problems of communication between the organizations dedicated to studies of disasters, for example , SHOA(hydrographic and Oceonográfico armed service) warned the danger of tsunami to the ONEMI(national emergency office interior ministry) but the ONEMI couldn't interpret the information , the same happened in this emergency , the National Directorate of Meteorology of Chile warned to the ONEMI of possibility of heavy rains, this problem is fundamental for to be prepared to populations for an emergency collective

now just help the country and raise north of chile, strength north of my country !!

presentation and summary of my last vacation

Hello friends ! thanks for following me !

My name is Erick Lira , I'm Chilean , I'm 19 years old , I'm a student of geography at the Universidad de Chile. I live in Buin,

My last holidays started in november of 2014 , from there I worked for about a month, I had a goal which was to buy a drone ,  a drone is an unmanned helicopter, which can reach 1 kilometer high, The advantage of these is that you can capture aerial photographs and I really love.




Later I learned about  as fly to drone , You can capture good pictures even when I travelled to beach and where my college classmate I flew this drone ,I managed get good photos.
